Multinational B2B Services Company with global presence operating in the segments such as Corporate, Healthcare, Education, Facility Management with strong focus to the service quality (360º) and innovation as customer service strategy.
DIRECTOR, HEALTH SEGMENT, SPAIN & PORTUGAL, BASED IN MADRID OR BARCELONA.
The Director of the Healthcare Segment reports to the director of the segment at the Mediterranean Region level and to the Country President on dotted-line basis. Reporting to him/her there are 7 positions of Regional Directors and Heads of Operation plus a Sales Director of the segment. The total managed headcount amounts to more than 1500 people.
The segment activity develops in Healthcare for both short and long stay basis in Spain: Private Hospitals and Clinics, Geriatric Residences as well as public sector hospitals.
Reporting to the Med Region Healthcare Segment Director, leads the achievement of the budget figures for the segment in Spain and is a member of the Country Management Team. Leading also his/her operational and commercial structure is accountable of the business P&L.
The incumbent will personally manage the search and introduction of new services proposed at corporate level and detect new business opportunities in the segment. He/she will also participate in the development and implementation of international projects within the Region.

Areas of Responsibility
To ensure the achievement of the commercial goals of the segment by means of the renewal of the existing contracts and the acquisition of new customers, all by means of the management and leadership of the organization reporting to him/her.
Establishes priorities and tasks initiatives aiming to the maintenance and the development of new business.
Works with Sales in order to ensure the successful presence of the company in public and private tender offers. Works also with Finance in order to get relevant information about contracts, negotiations and agreements with the existing clients, as a critical tool for his/her relationship with customers’ decision makers.
Establishes regular visits to the key people and decision makers at the customers in order to obtain critical Information regarding performance perceptions of the provided services and Customer satisfaction levels in view of the contract renewal (Hospital Managers, Purchasing Agents, Managers, Supply Chain managers…).
Conducts analysis of market/segment information in view of assessing current competitive status of the business and developing new business opportunities.
Leads planning and control
actions in order to guarantee the correct implementation of contracts and
agreements ensuring the meeting of the service agreed upon standards and keeps
customers dully informed. Leads by example and communicates management styles
in the business areas and the services sites in order to create the best
working environment for the employers to have the best possible interaction
with services users at customer’s site. Establishes standard communication and
feedback systems with customers and their users, as part of larger client
concept. Manages and monitors the results of the employee engagement surveys
and leads the implementation of actions responding to the expressed employee
demands, in view of improving their perceptions and recognition.
De 10 a 15 años
Background: Mid-level or Higher Education College Degree, preferably supplemented with additional postgraduate education degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Management.
Languages: Spanish, English Proficiency, Italian desired.
Professional Experience: 10 to 15 years in the leadership of Operations in services companies, with business accountability, services, people and teams. Used to the management of “soft” services with a high critical component of customer, user and employee perception and interaction.
Preferably with experience in managing services in the fields of Healthcare, Food, Facility Management, Cleaning or others in international companies.
Ability confirmed by experience in analysing, managing and reporting P&L results both actual and projected.
High level of communication and effective presentation skills to large audiences formed by managerial, sales and operation teams.
