Multinational company of the cosmetic seeks a CUSTOMER OPERATIONS LEADER  for its headquarters in Barcelona


Funcions:

Customer Operations Leader will look after the daily activities required to perform the customer orders cycle with excellence, meeting the operation quality and service targets, focusing on Customer Satisfaction

  • Own the quality execution of the Order to Delivery and Billing daily process
  • Deliver key Performance Indicators, Order Fill Rate, Orders on Time, Billing Quality
  • Customer Operations Team training  and Capability Increase
  • Develop Collaboration with Key counterparts, external and Internal
Own Customer Operations Continuous improvement program


Experiència:


Aptituds:

  • Engineering degree.
  • High level in English language.
  • Analytical skills, Team work capability and Operational Discipline
  • SAP knowledge
  • Experience leading Customer Service Department is a plus.
