Customer Operations Leader will look after the daily activities required to perform the customer orders cycle with excellence, meeting the operation quality and service targets, focusing on Customer Satisfaction
- Own the quality execution of the Order to Delivery and Billing daily process
- Deliver key Performance Indicators, Order Fill Rate, Orders on Time, Billing Quality
- Customer Operations Team training and Capability Increase
- Develop Collaboration with Key counterparts, external and Internal
Own Customer Operations Continuous improvement program
- Engineering degree.
- High level in English language.
- Analytical skills, Team work
capability and Operational Discipline
- SAP knowledge
- Experience leading Customer
Service Department is a plus.
